Shipping Policy

At Your Perfume Point, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India via trusted courier partners. If your location is not covered, our customer care team will contact you with possible alternatives.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at a nominal charge of ₹50.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Public holidays

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

7. Change of Address

Any change in shipping address should be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

8. Packaging

All orders are carefully packed using tamper-proof packaging. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

9. Undelivered Packages

If an order is returned due to unavailability, incorrect address, or non-acceptance, the customer will be charged re-shipping costs for reattempts.
